100 Thieves continue to make waves in the gaming scene by opening their compound for public voting. This will be the second event hosted at the Cash App Compound since it was unveiled in January of 2020. Since then the team has allowed fans from across the country to come to the compound to purchase their apparel. They now open the 100 Thieves’ compound parking lot for individuals to come and vote.

The 2020 election shows a new wave of voters in the younger generation who have never voted before. Multiple different social media platforms like Snapchat, Instagram, TikTok, and more have advertised the importance of voting. This importance has now crossed over into the gaming world with people like Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez playing Among Us.

Earlier this week the American politician played with 100 Thieves’ female streamer Rachell “Valkyrae” Hofstetter on Among Us. The two, along with others, played the popular game while promoting the importance of voting. Cortez even broke Twitch records by having over 450,000 viewers watching her play the game.

Even popular TSM content Creator Ali “Myth” Kabbani got in on the excitement by posting a picture of himself with the “I voted” sticker. These figures in gaming have audiences that have a variety of age ranges but still show the importance of voting.

100 Thieves create a mural to support voting

In celebration of opening the Cash App Compound, 100 Thieves had a mural created on the side of the building. Street artist Richard “Slick” Wyrgatsch II created the “VOTE” mural to commemorate the voting site. His style shows various Mickey Mouse hands throughout his paintings. For 100 Thieves’ mural, the hands spell out “VOTE” with the O as a heart.

Unfortunately for 100 Thieves fans, it does not seem like the crew will be attending the event. However, you will still be able to walk around the Compound and check it out for yourself. Have you voted already? Let us know in the comments!
