Apex Legends Season 8 Heirloom is reportedly going to Wattson

Even though Respawn Entertainment introduced a ton of cosmetics into Apex Legends, there are no items that can compare to Heirloom Sets. The rarest cosmetics in the battle royale, Heirlooms are packs that offer specialized melee weapons and voice lines to individual legends. As of right now, there are only a handful of characters that own Heirloom Sets. However, an additional legend is added to that list with every new season. While we’re not sure of Season 6 or 7, an inside source claims that the Apex Legends Season 8 Heirloom will go to Wattson.

Wattson to receive Apex Legends Season 8 Heirloom

The current rumor is that Bangalore and Caustic will be the recipients of the next two Apex Legends Heirlooms. This report comes from a fairly reliable source, so chances are the rumor comes true. However, that’s for Season 6 and 7 of the battle royale.

In regards to the far-away Season 8, it appears we also know whose Heirloom will come to the game. It’s unclear how this leak came to fruition, as Season 8 is several months away. However, the insider who originally leaked this information is adamant that Wattson will be the season’s Heirloom recipient.

Of course, he doesn’t come right out and say that Wattson is in line for Season 8’s set. Although, by saying “is gonna be shocking,” we can put two and two together. Wattson is the electrical master in Apex Legends, so there’s only one legend he could be describing.

While this leak is unconfirmed, we can still speculate as to what Wattson’s Heirloom melee weapon could be. Some fans speculated that it could be a smaller version of her electrical pylon. This pylon could spark when inspected and provide some pretty cool animations. Besides that though, there aren’t too many solid guesses within the community. We’ll have to wait and see if Respawn Entertainment brings this leak to life.
