There’s been some turnover in the assault rifle meta for Call of Duty: Warzone over the past couple of weeks. Season 5 Reloaded went live recently and delivered some brutal nerfs to weapons in that category. As a result, players are looking for some new Warzone loadouts and one of the more popular replacements is the C58.

The C58 has been a somewhat popular rifle in Warzone but has never been at the very top of the meta. However, with the Season 5 Reloaded update and the Sept. 15 patch that nerfed the Krig 6 to the ground, that may now change. Of course, it helps if players have a reliable loadout to turn to with their new meta weapon. Thankfully, the C58 has a solid loadout in Warzone Season 5 Reloaded.

Best C58 loadout in Warzone

Unlike some other weapons in Warzone, the C58 has a relatively straightforward loadout that doesn’t utilize any special attachments. However, this works out, as the C58 doesn’t need any unique attachments to perform well. It has a slower fire rate but makes up for it with solid damage range and almost no recoil with the right attachments. Those attachments are found below.

  • Muzzle: Agency Suppressor
  • Barrel: 18.5” Task Force
  • Optic: Axial Arms 3x
  • Ammunition: STANAG 55 Rnd
  • Underbarrel: Field Agent Foregrip

As always, the loadout begins with the Agency Suppressor, which adds some recoil control and suppresses fire. It also lowers damage range, but this is compensated for by the 18.5″ Task Force barrel, which improves damage range by 50% and regular damage by 8%. Also, bullet velocity is increased.

Rounding out the C58 loadout is the Axial Arms 3x scope, which is the best-in-class optic for medium to long-range gunfights. Also included is the Field Agent Grip to provide even more recoil control and the STANAG 55 Rnd mag to ensure players have enough bullets in each clip.

This C58 loadout is good enough that it could well be thrown into the Season 5 meta for Warzone.
