Complexity Gaming has announced that it will be partnering with gaming fundraising program Extra Life of Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. The partnership comes before Extra Life’s upcoming November 2 Game Day. During the 25-hour event, Complexity Gaming will work to help raise donations and bring awareness to children’s hospitals needs.

How to participate

Complexity Gaming streamers will have Twitch integration so viewers can donate to Extra Life during streams. Those that participate will have chances to earn prizes and participate in giveaways. As streamers earn money and hit milestones, other incentives will be available to those who donate. Complexity Gaming players will also pay regular visits to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. There, the players will play games with the children and work to share the importance of the organization.

“We’re thrilled to be teaming up with Complexity Gaming to raise funds and awareness for children’s hospitals through gaming,” said John Lauck, President and CEO of Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. “More than 10 million kids enter a Children’s Miracle Network Hospital each year — funds raised through Extra Life supply critical treatments and healthcare services, pediatric medical equipment and charitable care. Thank you for your support and can’t wait to tune into Complexity’s charity streams benefiting CMN Hospitals.”

Cam Kelly, CMO of Complexity Gaming also talked about the partnership “contributing to meaningful causes is one of the fundamental pillars of Complexity. Through our partnership with Extra Life, we are able to leverage our global reach and visibility to positively impact Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals across the country, including our local CMN Hospital, Children’s Health in Dallas, Texas.”

Extra Life will also be launching a custom landing page for Complexity Gaming on its website. On the landing page, viewers will see real-time fundraising goals and milestones as they are achieved.

Last year, Extra Life raised more than $2.3 million on Game Day during the 25-hour marathon. Anyone looking to participate in the Game Day streaming event can find more information at the Extra Life site.
