I personally think it looks really cool and would make your character really stand out during play.

The Grim Medicine Gear releases alongside a Quad Launcher, Disco Domination LTM, and Skull Squad gear. The Grim Medicine Gear pack includes the following:

- Harold’s Wand Rare Pickaxe- 800 V-Bucks
- Lamplight Rare Glider- 800 V-Bucks
