The Hearthstone team will make a showing at San Diego Comic-Con 2019. Unlike previous years, where the panel consisted of the development and art team, this year will instead center around the voice actors. The voice actors from League of the Explorers will return to Hearthstone and voice for their original characters for the new Hearthstone expansion, Saviors of Uldum.

When does it take place

The panel will take place on Thursday, July 18 between 12:00-1:00 p.m. in room 5A for those attending. Alongside Hearthstone game designer Dave Kosak, the panel will consist of three voice actors. First up is Terrence Stone, who plays the role of the fan-favorite Murloc, Sir Finley Mrrgglton. Amy Walker is set to return as Elise Starseeker, the leading character of the Saviors of Uldum expansion. The final voice actor attending the panel is Carlos Larkin, who voices the character Brann Bronzebeard. Additionally, Andrea Toyias, Blizzard’s senior casting and voice director, will act as moderator of the Q&A panel.

The panel of five will share their stories about these iconic characters, who will make a return for the newest Hearthstone expansion nearly five years after their last sighting. We hope to learn more this Thursday about the story surrounding the Saviors of Uldum expansion.

Four new Legendary cards of the Saviors of Uldum Expansion

Here is where the panel gets exciting for those at home. Blizzard will reveal four legendary cards of the Saviors of Uldum expansion during this panel. These legendary cards are expected to be the new versions of the characters played by the voice actors back in 2015. Blizzard teased an updated version of Elise Starseeker, Sir Finley Mrrgglton, and Brann Bronzebeard in an earlier announcement. Many expect the final legendary of the Saviors of Uldum expansion to be Reno Jackson, originally voice-acted by Travis Willingham.
