There’s less than a week in Fortnite Chapter 2 – Season 7 and preparations have started for the finale event. Operation Sky Fire is the plan that Doctor Slone and the Imagined Order have put in place to rid the island of aliens once and for all. Players have been helping out Slone and the IO in the form of the weekly Legendary Quests. However, players can potentially save the plan by confronting a mole somewhere on the island.

This challenge goes hand in hand with another Legendary Quest, which involves stopping the mole’s sabotage plan. However, it appears some characters don’t want Slone to complete her operation. Of course, players will make sure the aliens are gone from the island once Season 8 arrives by stopping the mole.

Confronting the mole in Fortnite

Players can begin this challenge by landing at a certain IO satellite station, between Craggy Cliffs and Steamy Stacks. Coincidentally, this is the same IO base that players can shut down a radar dish. This is another Week 14 Legendary Quest, so players can kill two birds with one stone by landing at this location.

Players can land between Craggy Cliffs and Steamy Stacks to shut down the radar dish before entering the small office building. Then, players can confront the mole, who will be located inside one of the small rooms of the building. The room is found down one flight of stairs to the middle level and will potentially have a chest spawn on top of it.

Next, players must talk to the character inside of the room and confront them about being the mole. Once this is done, players will have completed this Week 14 Legendary Quest in Fortnite. Upon completion, players will be awarded 30,000 XP for their Season 7 Battle Pass.

If players are trying to also spoil the mole’s sabotage attempt, they won’t be able to do it at this location. That challenge is completed in Corny Complex and will be covered by Upcomer later in the week.
