One of the returning features in Fortnite Season 8 is the Bounty Board system. The boards present ways for players to earn the ever-so-valuable Gold Bars by hunting down enemies and eliminating them. While some of Season 8’s wide variety of NPCs hand out bounties to players in exchange for Gold, the boards are a sure-fire way to acquire a bounty. However, their locations have changed in Season 8.

The Season 8 map, as a whole, hasn’t been altered too much, aside from new alien crash sites and a few newly-named POIs. That didn’t apply to the Bounty Boards, though, as their locations have changed up quite a bit. In order to make the most out of the bounty system in Fortnite and earn dozens of Gold Bars, players must familiarize themselves with the new locations of the Bounty Boards in Season 8.

Finding Bounty Boards in Fortnite Season 8

Unlike other objects in Fortnite, players can accidentally stumble across Bounty Boards in Season 8. Whenever a player gets close to a board on the map, it will show a small circle on the mini-map to let players know where the board is located. However, this is an inefficient way of finding the boards.

Instead, players can simply look below to see every Season 8 Bounty Board.

Once players discover a Bounty Board, they can interact with it and grab one of the available bounties. After this, players will need to hunt down an enemy and eliminate them within a certain time and before another player kills that same enemy. The player being hunted will know, so it makes it that much more difficult to eliminate them.

If players manage to eliminate the bounty within the allotted time and before other players, they’re awarded 70 Gold Bars. If another player gets there before them, they’ll receive 35. This is a great way to earn Gold Bars in Fortnite but can also be dangerous as well.
