There are a wide variety of weapon camos that players can unlock during their time in Call of Duty Mobile. From the base camos to any seasonal event camos, there’s no shortage of colorful options for a player’s gun. However, there are few better options than the classic Diamond camo. Diamond was first introduced in Black Ops 2 and has been expanded upon in almost every mainstream Call of Duty title since. COD Mobile introduced Diamond camo after its launch but players may still need to learn how to unlock it.

Essentially, Diamond is unlocked like any other camo in COD Mobile. Players must complete challenges in order to gain the ability to equip the camo on their weapons. This article will provide players a simple path to unlocking Diamond camo.

Unlocking Diamond Camo in COD Mobile

The most basic way to describe the unlock process is to complete a specific challenge for every weapon class in COD Mobile. The challenges vary slightly from class to class but players don’t have to unlock Diamond camo for a class they don’t use. If players only use assault rifles, they don’t have to complete challenges for the Launchers.

The challenges to unlock Diamond camo in each weapon class:

  • Assault Rifles: 10 kills per match for 150 matches.
  • SMGs: 10 kills per match for 120 matches.
  • Sniper Rifles: 10 kills per match for 120 matches.
  • LMGs: 10 kills per match for 120 matches.
  • Shotguns: 10 kills per match for 120 matches.
  • Pistols: 10 kills per match for 80 matches.
  • Melee: 500 total kills with each melee weapon.
  • Launchers: 100 UAV’s destroyed with each launcher.

For these challenges, players can focus on one weapon if they want. The 10 kills per match tasks are only for one weapon. So, if players really enjoy using the AK117, they can complete the task for that weapon alone and still unlock Diamond camo. It’s not like other Call of Duty titles, where Diamond camo involves players using each weapon in the class.

The trick to unlock Diamond camo is to simply use one weapon exclusively until the player has completed the task. This is the most efficient way of unlocking it in COD Mobile.
