The League of Legends champions on the buff list in Patch 11.15 include Annie, Blitzcrank, Caitlyn, Cassiopeia, Kennen, Mordekaiser, Nidalee, Rell, Syndra, Wukong, Xayah and Shyvana. The list mainly includes slight tweaks to cool downs or base stats for the majority of this champions. The most impactful of changes came to Kennen, Mordekaiser, Rell, Shyvana and Cassiopeia.

Kennen has had his Q damage buffed across the board, as well as ability power ratio. Mordekaiser received some nice touch ups to his W in terms of cooldown and mitigation damage stored for his shield and heal. Rell’s changes are also straightforward. Her 11.5 nerf has been reverted and her W cooldown is back to 11 seconds. For Cassiopeia, her E ability has had its base empowered damage increased. This was done in order to improve her early laning phase. Lastly, Shyvana’s Q is getting some much needed improvements to its numbers. The ability’s cooldown and its ability power ratios have been buffed to improve her clear and early power.

Champion nerfs

Champions receiving nerfs in Patch 11.15 include Aurelion Sol, Gwen, Irelia, Kayle, Sylas, Thresh, Viego, Wukong and Xayah. The most prominent changes that players will feel after Patch 11.15 drops will be the Viego, Sylas and Irelia changes. For the  Aurelion Sol players out there, he has also been hit with a cooldown increase to his Q ability.

Viego is getting pushed to the jungle position in this patch, as his Q’s base damage has been reduced by 10 at all ranks. It also does more damage to monsters, but now heals for only 10% off of marked minions. Sylas has also been hit with healing nerfs. His W’s healing has been reduced by 10 at all ranks and it’s ability power ratio has been reduced. To compensate, Riot Games also added more power to his Q.

As for Irelia, her 11.14 buffs are being scaled back a bit with changes to her W. Its damage ratio and damage reduction ratio have been reduced significantly at all ranks.

LoL Patch 11.15 will hit live servers on Wednesday, July 21.
