Mortal Kombat 11 Roster Revealed

With the Mortal Kombat 11 announcement having kicked things off and the gameplay reveal having shown us a great deal more, the big question remains of who all will be playable in the roster when the game comes out. We got a good idea of how grisly things will get, but we also got to see a solid look at some of the characters that will definitely be playable.

December 6 saw Scorpion, Raiden, and Shao Kahn shown in the initial announcement and January 17 showed us new characters, fatalities, and gameplay, but there still may be quite a bit left to be seen. Some staples like Sonya and Baraka have made it back, while new characters like Garris and less seen characters like Skarlet also made neat appearances. None the less, here’s a list of everyone confirmed for the Mortal Kombat 11 roster so far.

Mortal Kombat 11 Sonya & Sub Zero
Notably, Sub Zero and Sonya Blade made it in. Sonya will be voiced by former UFC champion and mixed martial artist Ronda Rousey.

This roster is not finalized and will be updated as we get closer to the release date. It’s worth noting that there are 25 character slots to be filled. We have yet to see other staples such as Jax, Reptile, Quan Chi, or Kung Lao, as well as many of the more prominent new characters from Mortal Kombat X like Jackie Cage, Kung Jin, Takashi Takeda, and D’Vorah, but there’s quite some time between now and the game’s release. Moreover, it’s worth noting to pre-order if you want to get Shao Kahn for free, but he will likely also be available as purchasable DLC after Mortal Kombat 11 comes out. It will be interesting to see who else makes the cut on the roster before Day 1.

Mortal Kombat 11 will be coming to Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC on April 23. Be sure to follow this list as we update it regularly and check out our other Mortal Kombat coverage.
