Nickmercs shows off his insane new streaming/gaming space

Nick “Nickmercs” Kolcheff has finally unveiled his brand new streaming and gaming room to the public. Over eight months in the making, this space is by far the most advanced the community has seen. From cutting-edge technology to innovations across the board, Nickmercs won’t have to worry about upgrades for quite some time. Taking up Nick’s entire basement, the space is for him, his soon-to-be-wife, and up to four other gamers. Complete with multiple setups, security cameras, and a waterfall, it’s safe to say the entire community is envious of the FaZe Clan member’s new digs.

Taking a look inside Nickmercs’ new streaming room

Since streaming is Nickmercs’ livelihood, it makes sense for him to invest heavily in the room. Streaming, in general, doesn’t appear to be going anywhere anytime soon, so Nick is smart to be one step ahead of the curve. The streamer had this to say about the investment:

We’ve actually invested a lot in this streaming and gaming space. We went all out. This is my home. This is where I’m going to raise my family and my kids. I’m going to retire from being a streamer in this room.

Designed by Imagine Media, the room is custom built in many ways to suit Nick and his family. The first thing that appears after the doors open is Nick’s classic Spartan logo that he’s used since 2014. After you turn the corner, the entire room is viewable.

In the lounge area is a huge couch where Nick’s fiancée can sit and watch him stream on a huge TV, which is hooked up directly to Nick’s OBS Studio. There is also a giant FaZe Clan beanbag for either one of them to relax in.

Past the lounge area is a refrigerator that has a monitor for a door, which can display any image. The fridge is stocked with Respawn energy drinks, which sponsor Nick. Beyond the fridge is where you can see all of the gaming aspects of the room.

The gaming setups

In the back of the room are four complete setups, which each have a monitor, keyboard, and mouse, and two consoles and a PC hooked up to it. There’s also a fully functional waterfall at the back of the room, which has LEDs surrounding it.

Nickmercs’ personal setup features four Alienware monitors and two NZXT PCs, one for streaming and one for gaming. The streaming PC has multiple cameras hooked up to it, which showcase the entirety of the room. This is so the viewers can get a different perspective at times, similar to Ninja’s streaming room.

However, one of the coolest parts of the room is the different ceilings. Above Nick’s head in his setup are hexagonal sound-proofing panels, which were custom made by Imagine Media. In the lounge area, there is a replica of a starry night sky.

All in all, it’s hard to imagine anyone topping this streaming/gaming room. The technology is out of this world, and everything is as elegant as can be. This should only be a sign of good things to come for Nick and the MFAM.
