Jules “Hantera” Bourgeois has reached a verbal agreement with Karmine Corp to play for the French organization during the 2022 season, sources told Upcomer on Friday. The support previously played for UCAM Esports Club in 2021 and was a substitute on Vitality.Bee before joining the SuperLiga organization. He also played in the French national league with Solary as a starter during the 2019 season.

The 22 year-old French player, who started his career in 2017, most recently helped UCAM finish in the top eight of the European Masters 2021 summer tournament after losing to Karmine Corp 3-0 in the quarterfinals. Leading up to that, UCAM placed second in the LVP SuperLiga playoffs after losing to Vodafone Giants in the final matchup.

The organization placed first in La Ligue Française de League of Legends spring regular season, playoffs, EU Masters 2021 spring, LFL summer regular season and EU Masters 2021 summer.

In 2021, Hantera finished the summer season with a 14-14 overall record in official matches and his most played champion was Leona. 2021 was his first appearance at an event at the EU Masters level, and it may not be his last. Karmine Corp have made the tournament every time they could since joining the European Regional Leagues.

Hantera will join Doğukan “113” Balci as a new player, who will reportedly be joining Karmine Corp in the 2022 season according to LEC Wooloo.
