Super League partners with OnePlus

“Super League is thrilled to welcome OnePlus as our first mobile hardware sponsor as part of our partnership with Tencent to bring premium competitive PUBG MOBILE experiences to mobile gamers across the U.S.,” said Ann Hand, CEO of Super League. “Our social gameplay nights exemplify a shared commitment to positive and inclusive gameplay, while City Champs will feature top PUBG MOBILE players in each major market, ensuring vibrant competition throughout our 2019-2020 Season.”

Starting in December of 2019, the season’s PUBG Mobile North American Super League will be held in 16 major cities in the United States, along with local, social gameplay event nights and a quarterly ‘City Champs’ event. The City Champs competitive franchise will see gamers playing on behalf of their hometown. Each regional winner will earn a free OnePlus phone as part of the partnership. Gameplay from select Super League PUBG Mobile events will be broadcast on the PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds and the company’s own Twitch channels, as well.

The sixteen cities where the competition will be held include Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, Philadelphia, Phoenix, San Francisco, Seattle, Tampa Bay, and Washington DC. The first event will take place on December 11 at select Dave & Buster’s locations, with no fee for attendance to any of the community events.

Given PUBG Mobile‘s success and last month’s release of the OnePlus 7T, this is a great partnership for both companies. Will you be checking out any of these events? Let us know, and keep up with Daily Esports for all of your PUBG coverage.
