Not knowing what works and what to play is a common concern but have no fear, these three comps are insanely strong, while also being super easy to play. Each of these comps is very straight forward, letting players decide early on what to play, depending on the beginning stages of the game. Here are three easy to play comps in TFT Set 6: Gizmos & Gadgets.
In this comp, players should be sure they have Urgot items. Urgot’s best item is Runaan’s Hurricane due to the damage he does with his ability. Deathblade makes sure that damage is even higher and Bloodthirster makes sure he stays alive while performing it. The other Chemtech champions act as a fantastic frontline while also giving Urgot a pseudo Guardian’s Angel when his health dips. Janna and Orianna function as a fantastic support duo, shielding and healing Urgot while also keeping champions off him. Finally, Graves acts as a Twinshot synergy bot, making sure Urgot does maximum damage. Players can exchange Graves for Jinx later in the game. If a player has a Chemtech Emblem or can go level nine, they can add Yuumi into the mix.
This comp doesn’t look very strong up front, but it’s deceptive. The Scrap trait brings insane value. In this comp, players want to make sure they have the Scrap trait early and if they can get four or six scrap champions in by level six, this comp is near unbeatable.
Players want to make sure their item components are spread out to maximize the Scrap trait. The trait turns all item components into random completed items for the duration of the round, while also giving every ally champion a shield equal to the total item components on the board. This gives your team a massive item advantage and even bigger shields. Jinx is the star of the show and because of that, should be the only champion fully itemized. Until a player finds Jinx, they can utilize Ezreal as the item holder or another good attack damage champion in the mid game. Champions like Urgot, Gangplank, Yone or Fiora can be a good stopgap while waiting for Jinx.
For players looking for heavy burst magic damage, look no further than the Arcanist Lux composition. This comp is very straight forward. Players simply need to collect the Arcanist champions to maximize damage potential. Once the champions are gathered, place all the damage items on Lux and she should easily be able to delete enemy teams with her infinite spell casts. With Blue Buff, and the Infinity Edge and Jeweled Guantlet combo, Lux should be able to hit resets until every enemy champion dies. Vex and Swain are pretty tanky and are able to form a stable front line. Janna keeps Lux healthy while also fending off enemy champions. Yuumi is very important as a shield and AoE CC champion, while also activating the Academy and Scholar traits which let Lux hit harder and faster.
