Rotom is a versatile Pokémon and its Heat and Wash forms are great. Its 200 base speed is ridiculous and allows it to move first in just about every matchup, assuming the opponent doesn’t have increased speed. It’s a great special attacker, but it also offers utility with Electroweb, Reflect, and Light Screen.
