The Akimbo Double Barrel shotguns have made their way to Warzone Pacific

What all Call of Duty: Vanguard players feared would happen has come true: Warzone Pacific players have begun to take full advantage of the Akimbo Double Barrel shotguns. These have been wreaking havoc in Vanguard multiplayer for nearly two months thanks to their lethal damage range and now they’re starting to do the same in Warzone Pacific.

Players have to level up the Double Barrel quite a bit before they can unlock the perk to equip them Akimbo, but this work is well worth it for most players since the Double Barrels in this form are nearly unstoppable as a secondary weapon.

The full power of the Akimbo Double Barrel shotguns was put on full display by a recent Reddit post. The post shows off what the user believes to be the best Double Barrel loadout along with some gameplay of them mowing through enemies on Caldera. They label the Double Barrel as “the most broken weapon in [Warzone Pacific].”

Fans in the comments of this post fully agreed with that claim. Using the loadout, players can run around with their Akimbo shotguns and not worry about enemies shooting back at them. They’re likely already dead before they knew what happened.

If players want to take advantage of the weapons in their current form, they can utilize the same loadout as the Reddit poster.

• Barrel: Sawed-off
• Stock: Removed Stock
• Ammo Type: Incendiary
• Rear Grip: Fabric Grip
• Perk 1: Akimbo
• Perk 2: Fully loaded

This loadout also utilizes the Incendiary Ammo Type, which has also been making waves in Warzone Pacific. A recent build with the MP40 using the Incendiary Rounds has skyrocketed in popularity.
