Prior to Call of Duty: Warzone Pacific releasing, there was a general consensus that the Automaton from Vanguard was going to be a top weapon. Its fast fire rate and little recoil are valued traits in Warzone. Well, after just one day of testing, that theory has turned out to be accurate. The Automaton, and its recommended loadout, is one of the best weapons in Warzone Pacific Season 1.
Despite not featuring as strong of a damage profile as other ARs, the Automaton can deal a high amount of damage in the blink of an eye. It has virtually no recoil when firing and can have a fire rate near 800 M/S. These stats have transferred over to Warzone Pacific from Vanguard, making the gun a top choice among players.
Best Automaton loadout in Warzone Pacific
The loadout for the Automaton in Warzone Pacific is somewhat similar to its build in Vanguard. However, there are some key differences that players need to be aware of when moving to the battle royale. Those differences are found in the gun’s best loadout below.

Beginning the loadout is the Mercury Silencer and ZAC 600MM BFA barrel. The former increases damage range and suppresses fire while the latter reduces recoil and scope sway. This is a lethal combination that works even better with the rest of the loadout.
The Anastasia Padded stock adds more recoil control and flinch resistance while the M1941 Hand Stop, Tight Grip and Stippled Grip also lower the gun’s recoil. For the magazine, the 6.5MM Sakura 75 Round Drum is in place to offer the most magazine capacity.
The last attachment on the loadout is the G16 2.5x scope, which is arguably the best option for mid-range gunfights. However, this truly comes down to personal preference, as there are dozens to pick from. All in all, this Automaton loadout makes it one of the best options in Season 1 of Warzone Pacific.
