Light machine guns have been on a rollercoaster since the release of Call of Duty: Warzone. One moment, they’re the top weapon class in the game and the next they’re among the worst classes. In Season 3, the LMGs are in a decent spot, and what better way to make use of them than with what’s arguably the best in class: the Bruen MK9?

The Bruen MK9 was once the best gun in Warzone. It featured virtually zero recoil or damage output and rivaled every other weapon in the game. However, its biggest selling point was its AR-like mobility, giving it an edge over most weapon classes.

Season 3 isn’t the Bruen’s best version but it’s still worth using with the right loadout of attachments.

Best Bruen MK9 loadout in Warzone

To combat the ever-growing list of dominant ARs in Warzone, the Bruen MK9 must be solid at medium to long-range. If not, it will be overmatched by weapons like the CR-56 AMAX and Cold War Ak-47.

For that reason, this Bruen MK9 loadout increases damage range, while also managing its recoil to a stronger degree and bumping up its mobility. This way, it can compete with SMGs in various situations.

  • Muzzle: Monolithic Suppressor
  • Barrel: XRK Summit 26.8″
  • Laser: Tac Laser
  • Optic: VLK 3.0x Optic
  • Ammunition: 60 Round Mags

At the heart of this loadout is the XRK Summit 26.8″ barrel, which boosts damage range, recoil and bullet velocity. The only downside is that there is less ADS and movement speed. The ADS portion of that negative is made up with the Tac Laser, however. Players also gain an increase to hip-fire accuracy with this attachment.

Rounding out the loadout is the Monolithic Suppressor, VLK 3.0x Optic and 60 Round Mags; all of which are standard for an LMG in Warzone. While players won’t be able to match the top ARs in the game, they can still deal a great amount of damage and have access to a huge magazine with this Bruen MK9 loadout.
