There are a plethora of options for players when it comes to sniper rifles in Call of Duty: Warzone Season 4. However, the best option isn’t technically a sniper rifle at all. Instead, it’s the Kar98k, which is technically a marksman rifle. Of course, anyone who’s used the Kar98k knows it’s much more than that.

The Kar98k is a devastating weapon that can deal out a tremendous amount of damage. It’s become a quickscoper’s dream weapon thanks to its impressive mobility and prowess at close to medium range. For players looking to maximize their ability with the marksman rifle, they should try out the recommended loadout.

Best Kar98k loadout in Warzone

While the Kar98k is one of the best options in Warzone, it’s still not the best choice for long-range encounters. Traditionally, this is where a sniper rifle shines. As a marksman rifle, though, the Kar98k is meant more for players looking to keep engagements closer.

Still, this doesn’t mean the recommended loadout can’t help the rifle become a bit better beyond 30 meters. Featured on the loadout are some attachments to help with any long-range gunfights but mainly sticks to keeping the Kar98k dominant at medium range.

  • Muzzle: Monolithic Suppressor
  • Barrel: Singuard Custom 27.6″ Barrel
  • Optic: Sniper Scope
  • Stock: FTAC Sport Comb
  • Perk: Focus

The first two attachments on the loadout are the Monolithic Suppressor and Singuard Custom barrel. Both of these attachments improve damage range, with the barrel also adding some extra bullet velocity. These areas are beneficial to any range in Warzone.

Next, long-range capability is further boosted with the Focus Perk. This allows players to hold their breath longer when aiming down sights. Speaking of ADS, the FTAC Sport Comb stock increases this time along with improving mobility.

Finally, the Sniper Scope is the best optic choice thanks to its ability at both close and long-range. This Kar98k loadout won’t falter in too many ways in Warzone.
