For every season in Call of Duty: Warzone, there are a few weapons that receive a huge bump in performance. Raven Software will always buff a select group of guns and this group is immediately considered for the meta. In Season 4, the Milano 821 submachine gun is one of the weapons in this select group.

Raven chose to buff the Milano 821 more than any other weapon in Warzone for Season 4. The gun’s damage profiles were dramatically increased, giving players a new option in the SMG category. Of course, to go along with this newfound popularity, the Milano needs a proper loadout for players to succeed with it.

Best Milano 821 loadout in Warzone

The full buff to the Milano 821 is viewable on Raven’s website. However for players who missed it, the patch notes state the following about the SMG:

  • Maximum Damage increased from 34 to 36
  • Minimum Damage increased from 25 to 30
  • Maximum Damage range increased by 23%
  • Upper Torso Damage Multiplier increased from 1 to 1.2
  • Lower Torso Damage Multiplier increased from 1 to 1.1
  • Extremities Damage Multipliers increased from .9 to 1

It’s immediately noticeable that players will be able to eliminate players much quicker with the Milano. The gun, compared to previous seasons, is light and day and slowly making its way into the competitive meta. For players looking to capitalize on the Milano’s prowess in Season 4, the loadout below will fulfill all those needs.

  • Muzzle: Sound Suppressor
  • Barrel: 10.6″ Task Force
  • Laser: Tiger Team Spotlight
  • Rear Grip: Serpent Wrap
  • Ammunition: STANAG 55 Rnd Drum

As with any SMG, there’s no optic in place. This opens up an extra attachment slot; which, in this case, is given to the Tiger Team Spotlight. This allows players to see enemies at a much farther distance and increase mobility as well.

The Sound Suppressor, 10.6″ Task Force and Serpent Wrap are all standard SMG attachments in Warzone. Altogether, they increase damage range, recoil control, bullet velocity and mobility. Finally, the 55 Rnd Drum mag is essential for surviving in longer gunfights.

This new Milano 821 can break its way into the meta but its recommended loadout makes sure it will.
