The submachine gun meta in Call of Duty: Warzone Season 4 has yet to determine a true top dog. New contenders like the Fennec are rising in popularity every day, making the meta even murkier. One SMG that hasn’t truly left any players’ loadouts, though, is the PPSh-41.

Released last season, the PPSh-41 has been considered one of the best SMGs since its introduction. It features almost no recoil with the right attachments and can take down any other weapon at close-range, thanks to its fast fire rate. As players continue to try and pick one clear-cut meta SMG, they shouldn’t forget about the PPSh-41’s recommended loadout.

Best PPSh-41 loadout in Warzone

The potential for the PPSh-41 is almost unmatched by any other SMG. It can house a huge magazine and several other attachments to turn it into a laser beam that deals a blistering amount of damage. Like its class counterparts, the WWII weapon is best served in close-range, where it can put its fire rate to use.

The recommended loadout doesn’t completely negate the possibility of using the PPSh at long-range, though.

  • Muzzle: GRU Suppressor
  • Barrel: 7.4″ Task Force
  • Stock: Raider Stock
  • Ammunition: 55 Rnd Mag
  • Rear Grip: Serpent Wrap

Perhaps the most important attachments on the PPSh-41 loadout in Warzone are the stock and rear grip. The Raider Stock increases sprint-to-fire time by 30% and the Serpent Wrap does the same for ADS time. This makes the PPSh extremely lethal in close quarters.

Following those attachments is the Task Force barrel, which increases recoil but also boosts damage range and bullet velocity. The GRU Suppressor compensates for the recoil increase, which also keeps players silent. The final attachment is the 55 Rnd Mag, which helps at any range.

This PPSh-41 loadout makes a real case for the top spot in the SMG meta of Warzone.
