Over the last week, the Welgun has emerged as arguably the most dominant weapon in Call of Duty: Warzone Pacific. Its mixture of a high fire rate, damage and accuracy has caused players to completely shift the meta on Caldera. It’s also fairly easy to unlock, so players everywhere are able to equip it and start leveling it up. Additionally, players are taking advantage of a new leveling method in Warzone that allows them to reach max level in one hour. Once they have max level, they can equip a new loadout for the Welgun where its time-to-kill is maxed out in Warzone.
The Welgun already has a strong TTK but certain attachments allow it to reach a whole new level. Those attachments are laid out and explained for players below.
Best TTK Welgun loadout in Warzone Pacific
This loadout originates from YouTuber JGOD, who has become famous for designing strong Warzone loadouts. According to him, the Welgun’s new loadout has the potential to outclass the MP40 in terms of TTK. The MP40 has been the king of the SMGs since it was introduced in Season 1. However, right now, the Welgun might just be able to dethrone it with JGOD’s loadout.

The loadout utilizes the Recoil Booster and the 120mm Gawain Short barrel to drastically increase the Welgun’s fire rate. These attachments are paired with the Incendiary ammo type to give it a little extra kick in the damage department.
The rest of the loadout mainly focuses on recoil control, with the Taped Grip and M1941 Hand Stop helping in that area. The Gawain Skeletal stock offers some extra mobility, while the 9mm 64 Round Mags give players a much larger magazine. Frenzy and Quick complete the loadout to further improve the Welgun’s mobility. This loadout is best-served in close quarters but can be a monster at medium-range, thanks to its nonexistent recoil and high fire rate.
