Fortnite is having one more go-round with Overtime challenges before Chapter 1 Season 1 wraps up. The next three weeks of challenges were leaked yesterday by dataminers, which we covered. If you take one glance at those, you’ll quickly realize they’re far tougher than usual. So, many fans are already getting a leg up on other players by making a mental note of where challenges can be completed. That’s what we’ll be doing today, as we’re going to go over where each hidden gnome can be found on the Fortnite map.
The first hidden gnome location
There are two separate hidden gnome challenges, each requiring players to search between three objects. The first of these comes in the Rippley vs. Sludge Overtime challenges, which should be released first.
The challenge reads: Search the hidden gnome found in between Logjam Woodworks, a wooden shack, and a bucket tree. Below, you can find exactly where to find this location.
You’ll need to search directly between these three locations. The gnome shouldn’t be too hard to miss, as it will stick out among the dark greenery surrounding the swamp. Simply hold the interact button near the gnome — and you’re done!
The second hidden gnome location
For the second location, we’ll be heading a little farther north. This appears in the Overtime challenge set named 8-Ball vs. Scratch. The official challenge is as follows: Search the hidden gnome found between Fancy View, a wooden shack, and a big house.
The hidden gnome for this challenge will be to the left of the road on the downside of the small hill. Again, it should be relatively easy to spot. Repeat the same process as before and you won’t have to find any more hidden gnomes this season!
