The International 10 Secret Shop is now open

The International 10 announced that its annual Secret Shop is now open. The Secret Shop is usually a physical store that opens at the venue of The International 10. However, due to Valve’s last-minute decision to cancel in-person attendance, the shop is now open for online purchases.

What is available in the Secret Shop for The International 10

This year’s Secret Shop is split into two sections, official International 10 merchandise and a section of the shop that is entirely fan-made merchandise. The International 10 merchandise shop will contain official International 10 event jerseys, tracksuits, bottoms and a hoodie. All the items sport a black and gold tint, which are the official colors of The International 10. Many of the items contain gold stars and the DOTA 2 logo scattered about.

The fan shop is filled with many creative designs of heroes plastered onto various paraphernalia. The designs include a chibi Windranger Arcana, Dawnbreaker, Meepo, pixel art versions of several heroes and, finally, Marci from the Netflix show DOTA: Dragon’s Blood. The merchandise comes in the form of cups, tote bags, T-shirts and hoodies. All of the items on this side of the shop are designed by fans and have been submitted to Valve in order to get their designs selected. There are separate shops for customers in Europe and in North America.

Valve’s Secret Shop is one of the big reasons that fans love to attend The International in person. There are exclusive items that can only be bought at the Secret Shop every year. Usually, purchases at the Secret Shop bring in exclusive in-game items that can be sold for large amounts. However, this year, the selection of items is limited due to how the COVID-19 pandemic has affected the tournament.
