2020 has been a rough year for just about everyone. Despite this, there were some bright spots, like Riot finally releasing its second big title in the form of the first-person shooter ValorantValorant had plenty to offer to its players over the year, and it looks like there’s a lot more exciting content to come in the future, especially with cosmetics. Here’s a look at what the content team has to say about this year and what’s coming in 2021.

Cosmetics are a big part of Valorant

Every Valorant player has their favorite weapons and weapon skins. Even if they don’t own any, they know which ones they like. The game has barely been out for six months, and there is already a huge variety of cosmetic content, with 26 different skin lines and over 130 skins.

Some of the most popular collections are the Elderflame, the Prime, the Singularity, and the Reaver. While all the skins will have fans, the Valorant content team assures players that they aren’t even close to done and 2021 will offer even more.

2021 content teasers

Riot is giving us an early look at some of the skins coming in 2021. We get a sneak peek at three new skin lines called Outpost, Aerosol, and Infinity. While they only show one gun for each, the theme for the skins will likely be consistent.

Like with skin collections in the past, we will likely continue to see other guns getting skins for the same line. There will also surely be other customization options available for Radianite points. The system has worked well so far.

There will also, of course, be more Battle Passes to look forward to. With each in-game act, there will be a new Battle Pass full of exclusive skins, sprays, gun buddies, and more.

The future looks bright for Valorant. Be sure to stay up to date with all the latest news and stories about the game!
