This week on Top Tier we’re ranking characters from the hit Netflix series “Arcane.”
The popular Riot Games produced show has taken League of Legends fans and Netflix audiences across the world by storm. So, of course, we had to give it the tier list treatment and rank the best and worst characters from this incredible series.
