Over the past few weeks, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare‘s rumored upcoming battle royale mode, Warzone, has been a subject of discussion with only little official information on its release. Nevertheless, dataminers have managed to find some files related to this new mode and shared it with the public. And one reliable leaker says he knows the Warzone release date.

Release date

Rumors have been floating around that influencers were given exclusive access to the new Warzone battle royale mode for testing purposes, as well as to build up hype upon its launch to the mass public. But beyond that, the COD community has a good number of leakers regularly sharing information about Modern Warfare before Infinity Ward actually intended for it to come out. Among other things, they are predicting the release date of Warzone based on support from game files and actual sources close to Infinity Ward’s plans.

Leakers have predicted that Warzone will be launching in early March, typically on March 3 or 10. Infinity Ward usually features new updates on Tuesdays, so these dates make sense. Trusted Call of Duty leaker TheGamingRevolution (TGR) specifically says the Warzone release date is March 10, according to his sources. TGR has a track record for high accuracy with his leaks, so if he says it’s March 10, there’s a strong likelihood of it.

However, as of now, nothing has been officially announced. We’d be jumping the gun if we were to presume any date with a hundred percent assurance.
