The Week 12 Legendary Quests are live in Fortnite Season 7 and players have some work ahead of them. From searching books on explosions to deploying scanners, the Legendary Quests will take some time. However, the one challenge that’s going to take the most time is the final task in the set. Players are required to collect three alien devices and then activate the countermeasure device beneath Corny Complex.

For fans who have been paying attention to the Season 7 storyline, Doctor Slone is the mastermind behind the countermeasure device. It’s essentially a weapon to fight back against the aliens and Doctor Slone is using the creatures’ own technology to do so. Players need to collect three alien devices to help Doctor Slone put an end to the alien invasion once and for all.

Collecting three alien devices in Fortnite

The first step of this challenge is to find three alien devices, which are tall antenna devices. These are found at certain alien biomes, which are the purple impact spots on the Fortnite Season 7 map. Below, players can see the locations of the three spots they need to visit to collect a device.

Once players have visited a certain spot, they need to collect the blue-outlined alien device that’s on the ground. After players have all three, they must head to Corny Complex.

Activating the countermeasure device beneath Corny Complex

Players must make their way down into the underground bunker Corny Complex. The bunker, or IO base, is located beneath the red barn. Inside of the base, players must interact with one of the computers sitting on a crate. This specific computer is on the bottom floor in the room that overlooks the countermeasure device.

After players have interacted with the computer, this challenge is complete. Players are awarded 30,000 XP for their Season 7 Battle Pass. Now, fans will have to wait and see what Slone does with the countermeasure device.
