Where to find the Week 6 Alien Artifacts in Fortnite Season 7

Upgrading Kymera becomes even easier

The dawn of a new week in Fortnite Chapter 2 – Season 7 means that Epic Games is about to add more Alien Artifacts to the island. The foreign objects are solely used to upgrade the Kymera skin from the Battle Pass. If players collect more artifacts, they have more options when deciding how to customize Kymera. This process has made the artifacts an extremely popular collectible in Season 7.

Most players will want a head start so that they can find the batch of weekly challenges as quickly as possible. Luckily for those players, the Week 6 Alien Artifacts have been discovered.

The Week 6 Alien Artifacts in Fortnite

The purple canisters that are the artifacts are traditionally spread out quite well around the Fortnite island. Players usually can only gather 1-2 of them per match, meaning collecting all of them takes some time. As with most weeks, there are five artifacts in Week 6 and they’re nowhere near each other.

To collect the objects, all players need to do is walk up to them and hold the interact button. This will collect the artifact and add it to the player’s total. One Alien Artifact collected on the map equates to five added to the player’s inventory, so 20 total are up for grabs in Week 6.

Below, players can see the location of all five artifacts on the Fortnite island.

The locations of the artifacts are fairly easy to find, provided that players go to the right spots. However, the fifth and final one is located on Orelia Island, which some players might not even know exists. It’s located off the coast in the southern part of the map and the artifact is found in the lower level of the ruins.

Once players discover all five artifacts, they’re done for the week. However, if players want more, they can open Cosmic Chests for a chance at collecting additional artifacts.
